    would rather... than... 表示“宁愿……也不愿……，与其……不如……”，would rather与than可以分开，其后要跟动词原形。

    语法提要

    英语中要注意保持主谓一致，jack属于第三人称，而这个句子又是一般现在时态，所以谓语动词要用第三人称单数goes。
